It was easy to make an appointment. We arrived early to fill out our paperwork as this was our first visit. The staff at reception was very pleasant and knew how to make us feel welcome. The office is pleasant, clean, and well lighted. Erica, one of the nurses, took us into and examining room and help us finish the paperwork. She took our medical information and our vitals. Awhile after she left Dr. Hanley came in. We had a very nice introductory discussion with plenty of questions and answers. We were not hurried or pushed to finish up. I recommend this office and Dr. Hanley.

Dr. Hanley is the best he makes you feel very comfortable. He is so professional kind and caring. Also so intelligent you just know you have the Dr. you need. The Staff is great!!

Been a patient of Dr. Hanley for a little over a year now. I absolutely love his approach to my personal health & well-being. I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend any friend or family member to him & his practice. I feel they genuinely care about my health. If I had more than 2 thumbs, they'd be up too!

Dr Hanley is a very nice person that genuinely cares about his patients.

I normally don’t give anyone five stars. But these guys deserve it. I haven’t been to a doctor in almost 10 years and just recently got on Medicare. Just had my first visit with them. It was made totally comfortable for me. I see no problem with these people so far, but will update as time goes. I honestly don’t see how there could ever be a problem.

Dr Hanley is the best!! However my appointment was at 12:30 and I didn't leave till 2:39. Waited a very long time to see the doctor and then waited even longer for blood work. Still would go cause once again best doctor ever.

Really finally like a doctor. Usually they are distracted when having a visit. The last one I changed from never took his eyes off the computer while interviewing me. Dr. Hanley spent time with us listening to our concerns and answering questions. He really cares about his patients and gives great care. It is nice to finally find a small town practice where the doctor gets to know his patients and their medical history, something clearly lacking in larger physician groups. Doctor Hanley is AWSOME! He is very good listener and come out with a plan that tailored to my problem. I will recommend him to a friends and family. My husband see Dr. Hanley also and when my husband has a blood clot even thou the office was close because of the hurricane Nadia sent an order to Radiology Regional for Ultrasound. And when I was having a severe headache after hurricane I was still able to do Telemed with doctor Hanley. We are very great full with Dr. Hanley and the whole stuff.

Doctor Hanley spent a good amount of time with me on a very busy day for the office. He was running way behind on the schedule, but I didn’t mind knowing he was giving his patients the time they deserve with him.
